Tile Painting Series

This is a series of work I started in late 2008 due to the kindness and generosity of Tom Rohr, who teaches in the Arts Division at Lane Community.

Tom brought over about 20 small tiles and 8 plate shapes as well as brushes and ceramic glazes for low-fire glazing. Then he would pick them, fire them, and bring them back.
